Below is a list of shortcut keys that can be used on this site.
- Internet Explorer 6 and 7 on Windows: use Alt+[number] then release then Enter.
- Firefox on Windows: use Shift+Alt+[number].
- Safari or Firefox on a Macintosh: use Ctrl+[number].

Navigating the site without a mouse
This site uses the standard HTML features for site wide navigation using the keyboard. Listed below are the shortcut keys specific to this site. Other shortcut keys are standard, but vary from browser to browser. These keys will take you to any part of the site. Once within the site you can use the Tab key to go from link to link.
Use of text on this site
Most navigation elements on this site are plain text. We have provided text alternatives for graphics. If you have poor eyesight, you should be able to increase the size of the text on your screen - follow the instructions below:

Page load times
We have been careful to ensure that most pages are short and will load quickly. Information on the site is available in HTML format, with PDF and Word documents provided as alternatives where appropriate. Most pages are less than 30 KB and should load in under 9 seconds using a 28 KB modem.
