2008 ECE REGULATORY SYSTEM APPROVED

Good to know

The 2008 regulatory system for early childhood education (ECE) services including the criteria has now been approved by the Minister of Education and notices have been published in the New Zealand Gazette.

The second study grant round for 2008 is now open. Applications must be recieved by 5 September 2008

Round Two of the 2008-2009 Discretionary Grants Scheme is now open. Completed applications are due by 5pm Friday 24 October 2008.

The new school curriculum includes some interesting links to Te Whāriki particularly in the area of competencies.
